Para saan ang stored serum?
Sa kidney transplant matching, maaaring kailangan ng recent recipient serum para sa antibody at compatibility testing kapag may potential donor. Dahil maaaring magbago ang antibody profile over time, transplant programs often require updated samples according to their own schedule.
Ang exact storage interval, collection procedure at laboratory destination ay dapat manggaling sa iyong transplant coordinator o HOPE team. Huwag gumamit ng due date ng ibang patient bilang sarili mong schedule.
Gumawa ng simpleng four-column tracker
Hindi kailangan ng complicated app. Kahit notes app, calendar o printed sheet ay sapat kung malinaw ang last collection date, next due date, status at proof/result reference.

- ✓Reference: receipt, result, message or coordinator confirmation
Mag-set ng reminders bago ang due date
Maglagay ng reminder nang mas maaga para may oras kung kailangan ng referral, payment, schedule o transport. Kung malapit na ang due date at wala kang malinaw na instruction, contact the transplant team rather than guessing.
I-report ang major clinical events
Kung nagkaroon ka ng transfusion, hospitalization, surgery o ibang malaking medical event, itanong sa transplant team kung kailangan ng bagong serum or antibody testing. Ang need for repeat testing is clinical and program-specific.
