KidneyTalksPH should feel useful, respectful and safe—especially when people are discussing difficult health and financial situations.
Share experience, not certainty
You are welcome to say what happened in your own case. Do not present personal experience as a guaranteed medical result, prescribe medicines, tell someone to skip dialysis, or claim a diagnosis.
Protect privacy
Do not post another person’s medical records, IDs, phone numbers, addresses, screenshots or other identifying information without a lawful and appropriate basis. Anonymous posting hides your public identity, but moderators can retain a private account link for safety and abuse handling.
No scams, selling organs or dangerous promotion
Spam, fraud, solicitation for illegal organ sales, deceptive fundraising, harassment, impersonation and dangerous medical misinformation may be removed. Accounts can be restricted or banned.
Duplicates may be merged
Moderators may merge substantially duplicate discussions into a stronger existing thread so useful replies stay easier to find. A moderation audit trail is retained for administrative review.
