PharmOAS: paano mag-book ng NKTI Pharmacy appointment at ano ang ihahanda
Real-world PharmOAS guide based on recent August–September 2026 NKTI patient reports: online booking, confirmation, queue experience, walk-in limits and what patients actually brought.

What recent patients actually reported
Recent first-hand patients describe PharmOAS as the online appointment route used before claiming medicines at NKTI Pharmacy. One August 26 patient reported booking through the online QR/form, receiving email confirmation, then going to Satellite Pharmacy 2 on the 2nd floor of the ER Building.
A September 1 patient showed an online queue ticket marked number 7. Another patient account says walk-ins were limited to the first 10 slots. Because this limit can change, treat the number as a recent patient report, not a permanent hospital rule.
Practical booking flow
Current real-world pattern: finish the prescription/assistance steps needed for your case, open the current PharmOAS form, book the available schedule, save the confirmation, then bring the required originals and copies on the appointment date.
If your GL still needs hospital verification or crediting, do not assume the pharmacy appointment replaces that step.
What patients bring on appointment day
Repeated patient reports mention original prescription, photocopy, valid ID and GL/reference details. Some patients also prepare two copies of important documents, latest labs or requests, and quotation depending on the assistance source.
Keep the appointment confirmation on your phone and, if possible, as a screenshot in case mobile data is weak.
Walk-in or appointment?
Based on the newest reports in this research, appointment is the safer option. Walk-in availability appears limited and may depend on the day.
If you have no appointment, confirm the current walk-in rule before travelling. KidneyTalksPH should update this section whenever newer patient reports show a different system.
When the form or process changes
Because NKTI pharmacy procedures change, do not treat an old screenshot as permanent. The useful rule is to use the newest confirmed PharmOAS link and the newest patient-reported workflow.
If a new patient report shows a materially different route, that newer route should replace the older practical instructions while the older experience can remain as context.
