DSWD Medicine Guarantee Letter 2026: saan puwedeng gamitin at ano ang dapat i-check bago pumunta sa pharmacy

DSWD announced that 262 participating Mercury Drug branches began accepting AICS Guarantee Letters on June 22, 2026. It also announced 238 participating Generika branches nationwide in June 2026. DSWD's published AICS guidance says requirements vary by type of assistance. For medicine or assistive-device requests, prescription or treatment protocol and quotation may be required in addition to the basic medical documents.

Huwag agad i-assume na invalid ang buong assistance. Posibleng branch-specific ang participation, may mismatch sa provider, may problem sa document details, o may kailangan munang i-coordinate sa issuing DSWD office.

Ask the pharmacy for the specific reason, write it down, then contact the issuing DSWD office or social worker. Kung provider issue ang problema, sila ang dapat mag-confirm kung puwedeng ilipat o i-reissue ang arrangement.
