Ano ang PEI?
PEI means Physical Examination and Interview. It is part of SSS medical evaluation when further assessment is needed. Being called for PEI does not by itself mean that the claim is approved or denied.
Ano ang magandang dalhin?
- ✓Government-issued ID.
- ✓Copy or screenshot of the SSS notification/reference number.
- ✓SSS Medical Certificate.
- ✓Originals or certified copies of documents uploaded online.
- ✓Laboratory results and hospital/clinical abstract.
- ✓Dialysis certificate/treatment records if applicable.
- ✓Transplant records if applicable.
- ✓Any additional document specifically requested by SSS.
Rejected ba ibig sabihin denied na?
Not necessarily. Read the actual SSS notice. A transaction can be rejected for documentary or compliance reasons, while a medical denial is a different determination after evaluation.
Follow the specific instruction in the notice—submit additional records, attend PEI, or refile if SSS directs you to do so.
