Social Service approval at schedule ng operation

✓Hintayin ang approval at schedule ng operation.

Cardio at Nephro clearance

✓Magpa-schedule para sa Cardio Clearance at Nephro Clearance gamit ang QR code sa instruction poster.
✓Siguraduhing may operation schedule na mula sa Social Service bago magpa-schedule ng clearances.
✓Dapat kumpleto ang laboratory requirements bago pumunta sa Cardio at Nephro Clearance.

Cardio Clearance: required sa edad 30 pataas; sa edad 29 pababa, ayon sa poster, kailangan lamang kung may sakit sa puso.

Kung may sakit sa baga, endocrine o nervous system, maaaring kailanganin din ang Pulmo, Endo o Neuro Clearance.

Nakalagay sa poster na ang Cardio Clearance ay may bisa lamang na 1 buwan.

Anesthesiologist schedule

✓Isang linggo bago ang operation, ipagawa o i-update ang: CBC, Na, K, Creatinine, PT, PTT, 12L ECG at X-ray.
✓I-upload ang documents mula sa Step 1 at updated laboratory results sa Viber 0967-203-3884.
✓Hintayin ang pre-operative instructions mula sa anesthesiologist.

Araw ng operation

✓Pumasok sa Gate 1 at pumunta sa Annex 1 Triage, 6:00 AM, para sa huling pagsusuri.
✓Mag-fasting ng 8 oras.
✓Dalhin ang mga dokumento mula sa Step 1.
✓Magdala ng 2 photocopy ng ID ng pasyente.
✓Dalhin ang MDR form mula sa PhilHealth.
✓Dalhin ang Guarantee Letter kung mayroon, o ang perang ipinahanda ayon sa Social Service instruction.
✓Dapat may kasamang 18 years old pataas.
✓Magsuot ng mask at siguraduhing walang ubo, sipon at lagnat.

Step 6

Mga paalala bago ang operation

•Ayon sa poster, itigil ang pag-inom ng pampalabnaw ng dugo gaya ng Aspirin, Clopidogrel at Cilostazol limang araw bago ang scheduled operation. Huwag gawin ito nang sariling desisyon kung iba ang instruction ng prescribing doctor o surgical team—confirm first.

•Huwag magpatusok sa ugat kung saan naka-planong ilagay ang fistula o graft. Nabanggit din sa poster ang paggamit ng stress ball bago ang operation para makatulong sa paglaki ng ugat.

•Bago pumunta sa ospital, siguraduhing walang chills habang dialysis at walang hingal, lalo na kapag nakahiga. I-report agad sa clinical team kung meron.

•Inumin ang maintenance medicines sa umaga, lalo na kung may high blood pressure, maliban kung may ibang pre-op instruction ang anesthesiologist o doctor.

•Mas mainam, ayon sa poster, na mag-dialysis muna isang araw bago ang nakatakdang operation.

•Hugasan at sabunin nang mabuti ang brasong ooperahan.
